Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Thursday, July 2, 2026
    You must submit a valid Claim Form to be potentially eligible for a payment from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online by July 2, 2026, or, if mailed, postmarked no later than July 2, 2026.

  • Exclusion Deadline

    Wednesday, April 22, 2026
    Get out of the Settlement. Get no money. Keep your rights. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Action. You will not get any money from the Settlement. Your request to opt-out must be postmarked no later than April 22, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    Wednesday, April 22, 2026
    If you do not like the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, or the request for attorneys’ fees and Litigation Expenses, you may write to the Court and explain why you do not like them. You can only object if you are a member of the Settlement Class and do not request exclusion. Objections must be received no later than April 22, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Wednesday, May 13, 2026
    The Final Approval Hearing will be held on May 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, before the Honorable Mia R. Perez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in Courtroom 10-B of the James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, or by telephone or videoconference in the discretion of the Court.
